We photograph weddings as they happen — in natural light wherever the room allows it, with a short family list agreed in advance and no request ever to repeat a moment for the camera.
The decision that matters most is rarely the camera. It is the hour. We learn how the light moves at your venue in your month, and help shape the day so the portraits happen when it is at its best.

Destination weddings are what we do, not an occasional trip. The photographer at your wedding is the person you speak to beforehand; they will have read your timeline, studied your venue and planned the portraits around its light before they arrive.
We keep the calendar deliberately small — one wedding a weekend, never more — so every couple has our full attention from the first email to the final gallery.

What you can count on
Nothing is published without your consent
No blog post, no portfolio entry, no social post, no submission to a publication. Your wedding is private by default and stays private unless you write to say otherwise. A non-disclosure agreement is signed on request and at no cost.
Every frame is written to two cards at once
Both cameras record to two memory cards simultaneously, so a card failure during your wedding costs you nothing. This is the single most common way photographs are lost, and it is the easiest to design out.
Off-site backup within twenty-four hours
The day’s files are copied to two separate drives before we sleep and to off-site storage within twenty-four hours of the last frame. Nothing exists in only one place at any point after the wedding.
You meet your photographer before the day
The photographer on your wedding is the one you spoke to, and if a second is added you are told who they are in advance. Both have read the timeline and know the venue. Nobody learns your names that morning.
Insured, with certificates issued to your venue
We carry public liability and professional indemnity cover. A great many venues require evidence of it before they will admit a supplier, and the certificate is sent directly to them on request rather than left for you to chase.
A preview in seven days, everything in eight weeks
A preview set within seven days of the wedding, and the complete edited set within eight weeks — four for an elopement. Those are commitments rather than estimates. If we are ever going to miss one, you hear it from us before the date passes.
Your archive is kept, and it is yours
Full-resolution files, a private online archive, and a print release for personal use with no expiry and no territory limit. You are never asked to buy back your own photographs.
What we decline
More than one wedding in a weekend. A schedule with no portrait window in it. A request to re-stage the first kiss. And any date where we could not give the day our full attention — we would rather say so at the first email than disappoint you later.

Where do you photograph weddings?
We photograph weddings and elopements in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, United Kingdom, Switzerland and United States — 38 destinations in all, from Lake Como and the Amalfi Coast to Lisbon, Santorini and Napa Valley — and travel elsewhere on request.
How much does destination wedding photography cost?
Wedding photography starts at €1,450, full-day coverage at €2,250, destination weddings at €2,950 and elopements at €850. Prices in the United States are quoted in dollars. These are starting prices — the exact price is sent on request, with travel itemised at cost.
What is your photography style?
Natural, editorial and timeless. We photograph what actually happens, in available light wherever possible, and plan the portraits around where the light will be at your venue.
How far in advance should we book?
Nine to fifteen months ahead is typical for a summer wedding in Europe, and Saturdays in June and September go first. A date inside six months is always worth asking about.
How does booking work?
Tell us your date and destination. We reply personally with availability and a quote, usually within 24 hours; a short agreement and a booking deposit then reserve the date.
Do you travel for weddings?
That is most of what we do. Travel and timing are planned around each wedding and agreed when you inquire, and travel is always itemised and charged at cost.
